Armor Fabric™
Armor Fabric™ is a high-performance material engineered to offer exceptional abrasion and chemical resistance, making it a robust alternative to traditional barrier fabrics like Teflon® or urethane coatings. Notably, Armor Fabric is free from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) - more commonly known as 'forever chemicals' - addressing environmental and health concerns associated with PFAS-containing materials.
Its advanced polymer coatings and high tear-strength base provides flexibility, resiliency, and superior durability, with certain variants tested to withstand over 200,000 abrasion cycles per ASTM D-3884 standards. This combination of properties makes Armor Fabric suitable for demanding applications and seals where emissions control, reliability, and safety are paramount.

VAPOR Transmission
Exceptional vapor barrier performance with an MVTR (moisture vapor transmission rate) that is 12x lower than Teflon™. This significantly reduces the passage of moisture vapor, through the fabric.
ABRASION RESISTANT
More abrasion resistant than steel & Kevlar®. Proven to withstand over 200,000 abrasion cycles (that's 40x more resistant than Urethane).
Tear Resistant
Superior tear resistance, providing enhanced durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments. All tested tears showed NO signs of propagation.
Chemical Compatability
Armor Fabric™ is compatible with most tank storage products including volatile chemicals.
